At Anya's Studio I take your privacy very seriously. As a one-woman business I am the only one with access to the website, mailing list and any information that you supply. Both the website and mailing list are password protected. Whilst I need to collect personal data from you to complete your orders, I will never sell this on to third parties.
I use analytics to see visitor behavior to help me to create the best website I can but this information is processed in such a way that it does not identify anyone.
When you make a purchase from me, your information will be stored in Shopify, including name, address, email and contact number. Your payment details are only stored if you tick to allow this for ease of future payments.
I do keep paper records of orders placed for my accounts. These records are only kept for the amount of years required by HMRC and will be destroyed after that time.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail who have their own GDPR policies. They will have access to just your name and address for the means of posting the item to you.
I would love to share your photos on instagram and facebook but will always check with you prior to doing this and will tag you in the image.
The copyright is held by myself, Anna Hughes, for all designs and artwork produced plus the images and wording on this website. This means you cannot produce scans, copies or digital files of any of my artworks without prior consent. If you would like extra prints making of a painting, please do get in touch and I would be happy to arrange this.
I am covered for public liability insurance up to 5 million pounds under the Standard SAA membership.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery will be made via Royal Mail with the service listed in the delivery section of the website. I use tracked services to insure that the contents are fully insured. I will be in touch when your parcel has been dispatched and, for UK parcels, they should be with you within 1-2 days. If you do not receive your parcel then please get in touch as soon as possible so I can provide you with a tracking number to trace the parcel.
I do ship abroad but this is not currently set up on my website. If you would like something sending to a country outside of the UK please get in touch.
I cannot accept returns for bespoke items, except where the item has been damaged in transit, so please be sure before ordering.
I have tried my best to photograph the items in the shop as clearly as possible so you can see the details and colours in their full glory. The colours may vary, however, depending on the screen or device you are viewing the site on and the settings you are using. I do not accept returns for items where the colours were not exactly as you viewed them on a screen so if you have any queries regarding this, please get in touch before ordering.
